First – I rarely write reviews. My entire family has been going to West Cary Dental since 2008. They were in-network when we started and now they are out of network. We still continue to use them because they are among the best - caring and professional. We would highly recommend Sherry as a Dental Hygienist. She is probably the best in the world. If she ever leaves WCD, our family and I am sure many others would follow her.

I have been with WC dental for years for cleaning and small things. Today I had a tooth extracted by him due to an issue with an old infected root canal. I was extremely anxious, but Dr. Patel took great care of me. Under a local anesthetic, he was able to complete his task, painlessly. I look forward to completing the implant process with his expertise.

At 66 years of age, I have been to a lot of dentists. I was always searching for an office that had great customer service AND a dentist that was good, gentle, keeps up on all the newest technology and truly cares about your comfort (I used to be absolutely petrified of a dental appt). You are NOT just a name in the appt book... you are family! Even when you go there for just a cleaning (and every hygienist is awesome), Dr. Patel will always personally greet you when you come in or be sure to see you before you leave. The whole staff is awesome and FUN and they always go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. We drive an hour to go to this dental office and trust me, it is sooooo worth it!!!! BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!

I was in the process of looking for a new dentist when I developed some tooth pain. At the recommendation of a good friend I was able to make an appointment with Dr Patel. EVERYTHING and EVERYONE from the first call to now 5 visits later ( including a root canal, crown, x rays and routine cleanings) has been friendly, professional, pleasant, easy, accommodating, comfortable, and PAINLESS. Dr Patel and the entire staff are worthy of many more than 5 stars!!

I've been meaning to give Dr. Patel and West Cary Dental the fantastic review that they deserve for years now, finally getting Yelp savvy 🙂 as I'm not a tech-y person. When people ask me "why I love my dentist", my #1 reason is that I feel like Dr. Patel truly CARES that I'm in his dental chair. He is very personable, always remembers me and facts about myself, along with my specific dental needs. And I've told him, he does an amazing job at administering Novocaine! I'd always dreaded it with other dentists, but Dr. Patel makes every part of the dental visit as positive as possible. And I always request my hygienist, Sherri, because she is also a wonderful person along with doing her job superbly. Along with being 100% pleased with the dental care I receive, I TRUST and feel like I know the entire staff at WCD and sadly, I cannot say that about any other doctor's office that I've been to.

Dr. Amit Patel is a well trained, knowledgeable, gentle and caring dentist. He has lot of patience and takes time at explaining about the dental issues.
Sherry, the dental hygienist did an awesome job with my deep cleaning. She was very methodical and thorough.
Overall Dr. Patel's office is a pleasurable place to go, as his staff are well organized, efficient, professional and courteous.

My family has been seeing Dr. Patel for several years and he is by far the best dentist I've ever had. Dr. Patel and his staff are wonderful: very knowledgeable, patient and caring. My 6 year old needed to have 2 baby teeth extracted, Dr. Patel immediately recognized that my son was nervous and went above and beyond to explain everything to him and make him feel comfortable with the procedure. He truly cares for his patient's well being.
